  1. I have read the book but I have not seen the movie.

The book is well worth the time to read.

It compresses time in that many of the details of the Recall(s) have been forgotten and Marley and Stein do a great job of bringing many of those details back to life.

One good example is the incident with the camel at the capitol. I have asked many people if they remember this incident and most people do not, yet it is this incident that caused much of the absurd behavior that seems to have followed.

I would like to think that my grandchildren will be asking me about the Capitol Chaos when I am old and gray and I will be able to go back through this book to recount many of the details.
